Locum Band 6 or 7 Critical Care Dietitian – Oxford

We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Dietitian to join a fantastic team, based in Oxford. They are seeking a qualified Dietitian with previous Critical Care experience.
Job Description
- We require a Dietitian Registered with the HCPC . This would be a Band 6/7 role dependent on experience and skills, in adult Critical Care.
- As multidisciplinary team working is required remote working would not be appropriate for this role.
- It is essential for the Dietitian to be experienced and competent at managing a complex caseload of ICU patients. Knowledge of management of mechanically ventilated patients with multiorgan failure including: respiratory, AKI, GI and cardiovascular failures is essential. Knowledge and experience of the management of complex Surgical patients and those with severe pancreatitis would also be desirable.
- It would be necessary for the Dietitian to attend the role in person in order to be able to work effectively within the MDT . Remote working would not be considered.
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within Critical Care.
