We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Occupational Therapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in London. They are seeking a qualified OT with previous Community experience. A car driver is essential for this role.
Job Description
- The post holder will be a highly skilled advanced occupational therapist who will support in the leadership of the Rapid Response Team, deputising in the absence of the Clinical pathway lead.
- The post holder will assist with and directly triage urgent patient referrals with undifferentiated, varied and complex needs ensuring holistic assessment and community care pathway planning is undertaken to directly prevent unnecessary acute hospital admission.
- ASAP – 16 weeks (likelihood to be extended)
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within an Rapid Response Community setting.
