We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Bournemouth. They are seeking a qualified Physiotherapist with previous Community Neuro experience. A car driver is essential for this role.
Job Description
- 4 month (minimum) locum assignment to start 1st December 2022
- Full time hours (Monday – Friday)
- The successful candidate will be working within a strong team.
- The Camden Neurology and Stroke Service has an exciting job fixed term opportunity to work in our dynamic and supportive therapy team. The Service provides client-centred assessment/rehabilitation/disability management at St Pancras Hospital and throughout Camden community, including in clients’ own homes, in therapy gym facilities or in wider community settings. Covering: Stroke Early Support Discharge, Long-term conditions, NeuroActive: exercise-based programme to prepare for transition to local gyms and classes.
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- You will need to have significant postgraduate experience, including substantial experience working in neurology and rehabilitation.
- This post will allow the successful applicant to continue to improve specialist knowledge and clinical skills in a range of settings.
- The candidate will work alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams and be well supported by senior staff both informally and formally through supervision.
- There is a strong focus on personal and service development and you will take an active role in these.
