We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Physiotherapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Berkshire. They are seeking a qualified Physio with previous Respiratory experience.
Job Description
- 3 month (minimum) locum assignment to start as soon as possible
- Full time hours (Monday – Friday)
- The successful candidate will need to have previous NHS experience..
Position Requirements
- Experience working in high acuity ward areas – mandatory
- Experience working in general medicine – mandatory
- Experience working in a Respiratory Emergency on-call service – desirable
- Comfortable with working with in an MDT including complex discharge planning – desirable
- Effective with communication skills inter – and-intra-professionally – essential
- Experience working autonomously, able to independently assess patient’s social history and functional status.
- Able to plan SMART Goals and assess for safety on discharge from hospital – essential
