Job title: Therapy Triage Physiotherapist Practitioner
Location: North West London
Working hours: full-time 37.5 hours a week
Pay band: 6
Start date and duration: December – February
Job Requirements
- Work will involve electronic triaging referrals to different services, identifying priority and where required seek clarification from referrals and patients via telephone calls to support triage.
- Work at Referral Hub is preferred or suitable community location.
- NHS experiance required (2 years) or equivalent private experiance
- Valid right to work in the UK. There are no sponsorships available with this role.
- Degree or higher in Physiotherapy
- HCPC registered
