We have a fantastic opportunity for a locum Occupational Therapist to join a leading teaching hospital, based in Dorset. They are seeking a qualified OT with previous Community experience. A car driver is essential for this role.
Job Description
- Community rehab for physical conditions: frailty, falls, neuro, mobility, environmental assessments, provision of equipment, cognitive assessments, manual handling, goals/care plans
- Urgent Community response to avoid admissions
- Discharge to assess from acute and Community hospital – Triage of referrals
- Joint working with MDT (Physio and assistants) and social services
Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within a Community setting.
