Job Description
| · Excellent interpersonal skills. · Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. · Willing to supervise Technical Instructors /Assistants. · Ability to work well within an integrated team · Ability to manage junior members of staff. · Ability to problem-solve. · Ability to work under pressure. · Experience of effective delegation · Clear vision of role and commitment to speciality.

· Computer literate. · Experience of gathering patient statistics · Experience working with consultants, in the field of acute hospital care/frailty. · Evidence of extended skills. · Complex discharge planning experience. · Evidence of advanced courses in acute care.

Position Requirements
- HCPC Registered
- Minimum of two years postgraduate experience
- Previous clinical experience performing a similar role within Orthopaedics
