Position Requirements
- Pharmacy Experience experience
- Band 5
- GPhC Registered
- ACT qualification
- Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
- Minimum 2 years experience
- 08:00-16:00
- Preparation of chemotherapy
- Volume checking
- Decontamination of items transferred into clean room/isolators
- Aseptic cleaning of the unit
- Environmental monitoring
- Worksheet and label generation
- Tray assembly
- Worksheet and label checking against validated prescription
- Assembly checking
- NVQ Level 3 Pharmacy Services (or equivalent)
