Job title: Critical Care Speech and Language Therapist
Location: South Wales
Working hours: part-time (any 2/ days available)
Pay band: 7
Start date and duration: ASAP – 3 months
Job Description: We have a two day vacancy to cover priority critical care and tracheostomised referrals at the Royal Glamorgan site- just a 20 minute drive to Cardiff. The ICU here are a friendly and supportive team. These two days cover will help to tide the service over as we try to create a full time position to cover this site. You will have good access to experienced SLT, ENT, max faces and outreach nursing staff on site.
Job Requirements
- Enhanced DBS & HCPC Registration required (E)
- Relevant B6 level experience working with critical care and tracheostomised referrals.
- NHS experience desirable (2 years) or equivalent private experience.
- Valid right to work in the UK. There are no sponsorships available with this role.
- Degree or higher in Speech and Language Therapy
- HCPC registered
