We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to work in Buckinghamshire within Dysphagia Services – Team Lead

Job title: Speech and Language Therapist Team Lead
Location: Buckinghamshire
Working hours: Ideally full time Mon-Fri, but could look at part time for the right candidate
Pay band: 8a
Start date and duration: ASAP – 6 month
Job Requirements:
- Able to work face to face, has car and able to travel across county
- Full Right to Work within the UK
- HCPC registration
- Degree or Higher in Speech and Language Therapy
- Highly specialist clinical skills at a RCSLT consultant practitioner competency level and be part of a team to lead on complex dysphagia
- Carry a caseload working with children and young people who have complex dysphagia, preferably within 0-1yrs children, but will also hold specialist knowledge in complex communication difficulties to meet the needs of the whole child
- To manage a complex caseload efficiently
- Work closely and collaboratively with senior management, clinical coordinators and dysphagia clinical leads in early years and have a co-ordinated approach to service delivery
