- Monday- Friday 9am-5:30pm
Position Requirements
- Pharmacy Experience
- Band 7/8a
- Minimum 1 years experience
- Hospital experience
- Independent prescriber with anticoagulation as specialty to support clinic work
- General pharmacy and ward work
