Job title: Community Neuro Physiotherapist

Working hours: full-time
Pay band: 6
Start date and duration: ASAP – 01/11/2022
Job Requirements
- Enhanced DBS & HCPC Registration required (E)
- UK driving licence with access to own vehicle, experience of lone working in a community setting at Band 6 level (E)
- Comfortable working in a MDT conducting both joint & independent visits in patients own homes, clinical intermediate care units & residential homes (E)
- Experience managing caseload of; neurological presentations, Parkinson’s, MS, brain injuries & FND’s – functional neurological disorders – small stroke caseload, as an independent practitioner (E)
- No remote or weekend work available.
