Position Requirements
- HCPC Registration
- Computer system – Sunquest
- 3 years experience
- Issue blood products
- Perform / read Kleihauers
- Perform DATs and antibody panels – with understanding of any product requirements which need to be considered.
- Book in samples using the Winpath system for Haematology & BT
- Perform sickle screens and malarial parasites
- Perform DATs and antibody panels – with understanding of any product requirements which need to be considered.
- Perform FBC and coagulation analysis in Haematology
- Examination of blood films
