We are looking for a Physiotherapist to work in Birmingham within the respiratory community team.

Start date and duration: ASAP – November (may be extended)
Job Requirements
- Physio- Home visits Completing Respiratory assessments and escalating concerns with Senior or GP, implementing respiratory self management plans, teaching Chest clearance and management of symptoms of breathlessness, functional assessments and equipment ordering (mobility) Support in Pulmonary Rehabilitation clinics if required.
