IMC Locums are looking for a Band 6 Senior Mental Health Nurse for the Crisis & Resolution Home Treatment Team in Isle of Wight to work with our reputable NHS Hospitals.
Job Description –
- The Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team practitioner is a pivotal member of the Mental Health and Learning Disabilities division, to work as a member of a multiprofessional mental health team whose main focus is to offer an alternative to an inpatient admission and provide intensive treatment as required within the community.
- Accept referrals and provide further assessments for service users on the caseload and are proactive in making autonomous clinical decisions, with high risk user population.
- To take responsibility for planning and the delivery of care to people requiring an acute and intensive response from this service.
- will work across a 24/7 rota, inclusive of Bank Holidays, weekends, nights and to meet the needs of people in crisis at all times.
Position Requirements –
- Valid NMC registration
- Enhanced DBS
- PMVA training
- Ability to work on a 24 hour Rota system
