IMC Locums are recruiting for a Band 6 Biomedical Scientist to work in Histology in Wales

Job Description

  • Ongoing assignment
  • ASAP start
  • Routine Histology, Routine stains, Embedding
  • Quality checking of slides
  • Fixed specimen transfers depending on experience

Position Requirements

  • BMS experience
  • Band 6
  • Must be able to cut 40 blocks per hour
  • Ideally experience in Microtome
  • Histology experience
  • HCPC essential
  • Monday to Friday 6:30-18.00 – 37.5 hours per week
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience
