  • Job Title: Pharmacist Band 8a/8b
  • Start Date: asap
  • End Date: 12 month maternity cover
  • GPHC registered

Specific Skills:

  • Proven Cancer Services experience
  • Oncology Prescription screening experience
  • Haematology Prescription screening experience
  • Aseptic Experience as authorised Pharmacist
  • Electronic prescribing system Aria and Chemocare
