We are looking to recruit highly skilled band 6 and 7, cannular trained CT radiographers who can offer flexibility and commitment to our services. This will be on a full-time, ongoing, locum contract spread across 37.5 hours, 5-days per week. The role is based with our private sector client over in East London, meaning there is the option to be paid outside of IR35 into a Ltd company. We can also pay you via an umbrella company of your choice if that’s your preferred payment method.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a years clinical NHS experience practicing the CT modality, in addition to this you must hold a cannulations certificate. The client has GE and Philips scanners in use, and require a CT radiographer to work Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, the service does not run on weekends therefore it will not be a requirement to work on weekends as there is no availability to do so.
Payrate Rate:
Monday- Friday (9am-5pm): £37.00 per hour *can be paid outside of IR35 in London*
Role Entail:
- Undertaking general CT radiographic duties, including cannulating without supervision
- To be familiar with the principles of clinical governance and to strive to maintain and improve the quality of patient care, showing courtesy and consideration at all times.
- To ensure that all staff in the area has an understanding of the Radiology Information System (RIS) and the Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) to ensure that patient information is stored and retrieved accurately.
- To be familiar with Health and Safety policies and to ensure a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- To be familiar with and comply with all appropriate Trust and Radiology Directorate Policies, Procedures and Practices.
- To ensure all equipment is used safely and in accordance with operating instructions
- To promptly report any equipment failures to the Department Superintendent

- Valid HCPC registration
