Job Description
•Community based practitioner with a defined caseload. Typical duties will includeassessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care programs for children and families, liaising with and referring to relevant agencies as appropriate.
•Rates start from £26 per hour
•Monday to Friday / Full time and Part time hours available
•Block Booking minimum 3 months
Position Requirements
•Active NMC registration
•6 months minimum experience performing a similar role in the NHS.
•Enhanced DBS
