IMC Locums are recruiting for a Band 5 Biomedical Scientist to work in a Histology Department in London.

Position Requirements

  • Band 5
  • HCPC registered
  • Must have previous histology experience in microtomy
  • Must be able to cut 25 blocks per hour
  • Monday to Friday 08.30-5.00
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience

Job Description

  • ASAP start
  • Routine Histology, Routine stains, Embedding
  • Quality checking of slides
  • Fixed specimen transfers depending on experience
