Location: Wokingham Intermediate Care, 2nd Floor The Old Forge, 45-47 Peach Street, Wokingham, RG40 1XJ

Working Pattern: Monday-Friday (part-time/full-time)

Shift Pattern: 8:00-16:00/9:00-17:00

Specific Skills:

  • Competent knowledge and skills of IT
  • Occupational Therapy degree
  • Experience of working within a community based role
  • Valid UK driving license and access to own car
  • Valid DBS check
