Job Title: Band 6 Occupational Therapist

Location: Prospect Park Hospital, Honey End Lane, RG30 4EJ

Ward: Therapy Centre

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 22/09/2022

Working Patterns: 37.5 Monday-Friday

Shift Patterns: 9:00-17:00

Specific Skills:

  • Provide mental health occupational therapy services to patients on an acute psychiatric ward who have mental health needs.
  • Working as a senior clinician within a MDT on the designated acute ward at Prospect Park Hospital.
  • Deputise in absence of the Therapy Manager, plus provide leadership and supervision of juniors and students as required
  • To contribute actively to planning, evaluating and development of the service.
  • Ensure effective liaison with other services locally including voluntary, statutory and community resources.
