Job Title: Band 6 Community Physiotherapist

Location: Hillcroft House, Newbury, RG18 3HR

Start Date: ASAP

End Date: 01/07/2022

Working Pattern: 37.5 Monday-Friday

Shift Pattern: 09:00-17:00 (PT hours considered)

Specific Skills:

  • Able and experienced Rio user (E)
  • Has a full UK Driving License and access to their own car (E)
  • Has an Enhanced DBS (E)
  • To liaise with MDT members in treatment and management care plans and to engage rehab assistants effectively.
  • To be able to create, evaluate all care plans implemented, have sound knowledge in discharge planning and the ability to make further referrals
  • To have a knowledge of computers and sound skills using Microsoft Office applications (D)
  • Has a knowledge of Lone Working Policy (D)
