Job Title: Band 6 Community Physiotherapist
Location: St Marks Hospital, SL6 6DU / Upton Hospital, SL1 2BJ
Start Date: 16/05/2022
End Date: 2 month placement
Working Pattern: 37.5 Monday-Friday
Shift Pattern: 8:30-16:.30 (offering flexibility)
Specific Skills:
- Enhanced DBS
- Knowledge of RIO
- Part of the Rehabilitation Team with own caseload
- Work in ward setting, community health clinic and the community in a flexible way
- To undertake all clinical duties autonomously
- Responsible for advanced assessments of patients, provide a diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme
- To supervise junior staff
