IMC Locums are looking for Band 6 care coordinator that would be interested in a line of work within a reputable NHS Trust based in Oxford
Job Description
• Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
• To act as Key Worker and manage a caseload of clients with varying mental health diagnoses.
• Complete risk assessment and client- centred care plans
• Provide face to face treatment in the community to these clients
Position Requirements
• NMC registration
• Previous clinical experience performing a similar role in the NHS.
• Enhanced DBS
