Job Title: Band 6/7 Community Physiotherapist
Location: Hillcroft House, Intermediate Care Team, Newbury
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: July 2022
Working Pattern: 37.5 Monday-Friday
Shift Pattern: 9:00-17:00
Specific Skills:
- Candidate should be able to assess and provide high standards of physiotherapy input to patients in the community.
- Candidate should be able to liaise with MDT members in treatment and management care plans and to engage rehab assistants effectively.
- Candidates should be able to create, evaluate all care plans implemented and should have a sound knowledge in discharge planning and ability to make further referrals in to the community as required.
- Candidate should be able to drive and own a car for work purposes.
- Candidate should be able to use computers and have sound skills using Microsoft Office applications.
- All candidates should have knowledge of Lone Working Policy.
